What does it mean for me?
The new definition on Inside Information makes us aware of the types of information that might be classed as Inside Information and who typically has access to it. This is to prevent us from misusing, whether intentional or not.
These Rules give standards of behaviour that need to be observed by all Licensed, Permitted and Registered Persons, and there are also specific rules that relate to your own position
